      1) S & S Blue Haven Danes warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred Great Dane registerable with the American Kennel Club.                                                                                                                              
   
      2)  S & S Blue Haven Danes warrants that the above-described puppy/dog is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership.
 
 
      3)  As a result of an examination within the first 72 hours, the Veterinarian determines that the said puppy/dog is not in good health then the Buyer shall decide to keep/return the puppy/dog to S & S Blue Haven Danes. If the buyer decide to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 10 days of signing this contract, send puppy/dog to Seller(SSBHD), at buyers expense, with a certified statement from a licensed  Veterinarian,  stating the condition of said puppy/dog at time of  examination. If, the buyer decides to keep the ill puppy after the 72 hours is up and the Vet has determined an illness or condition and the buyer is aware, then the health gaurentee is in void. (Meaning that if buyer has taken the puppy to the vet and the vet states a condition and the buyer decides on keeping the said puppy, then at that time the health gaurentee is no longer active.) If, the buyer has purchased a puppy and has had the puppy examined within the time frame of 72 hours by the Licensed Vet, and there is NO illness or condition at the time of examination, 
SSBHD stands by a One month Health Guarentee.(Meaning, that said puppy is in good health before and after (72 hours)  purchase, and the puppy is under a health guarentee with SSBHD then the puppy will be replaced with another puppy IF the said puppy aquires a health condition (such as cardiomyaphathy.) and is not at the fault of the buyer.). Warranties and guarantees DO NOT apply to any health related problems such as nutrition,accidents and or illnesses (such as Parvo) that were not contracted before (buyer) possession or delivery of said puppy/dog. Seller does not guarantee against skin conditions such as acne,mange,or allergies.
IF the pup should die before one month, a necropsy (preformed by a licensed Vet,paid by the owner) must be performed to state that the said pup/dog died of heart related complications, this condition does not include heart worm. If there is no record or report, no replacement will be given. After the said puppy is returned to seller (SSBHD), buyer has the option of another puppy, IF one is available at that time (of equal or lesser value). If a puppy is not available then buyer will agree to wait on a puppy from a future litter of equal or lesser value.
                      NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED!!!

     4) Buyer agrees to provide proper food (Diamond dog food is not a proper diet for this breed),water, and shelter for said puppy. SSBHD ask, if there be a time in your life that the said puppy can not be properly taken care of that the said puppy be returned to SSBHD for the remainder of his/her life,or re-homed by SSBHD if we decide that that is the best interest of the puppy. By singing below both parties agree to the terms.

5)  Limited Registration: If a puppy is sold on Limited Registration, the buyer is aloted 6 months to spay/neuter said puppy. If in the case of a blind or deaf puppy, the same applies. Within the time frame of 6 months, the buyer has changed their mind and would like to have a full AKC registered puppy, then the buyer has the option to purchase the full registration number from the breeder for an additional fee of $200.00. If, the buyer has no intension of breeding and has purchased a limited registered puppy and there has been no proof given by the 6 month period, then the contract is in breech, and SSBHD has the right to retrieve the said puppy.  If SSBHD has to retrieve said puppy, we will keep or re-home said pup as we see fit.

 We as breeders, have an online account with AKC and files are shared to our account on which puppy is registered and what registration the said pup hold. (Meaning, if you have purchased a limited registered pup and try to register the said pup online with a full registration I/we/breeder will be notified, this atempt will lead to action of breeder retrieving said pup. This will also hold true with any other kennel clubs, such as CKC, UKC. or any other kennel clubs. These limited registraion pups can not be regitered through another kennel club on full registration. As a result of this happening in the past, we/breeder will attempt to with hold the reg. number for full registration on said pup, until the buyer purchases the reg. number to register the said pup on full registration through AKC. All Merles will be sold on Limited registraion, no exceptions!!

      6)   Buyer is responsible for ALL shiping cost, rather it be ground shipment, or by airfreight. If said pup is being shipped, the buyer will have an additional time frame in which the animal has to be seen by a vet. This aloted time (72 hours) will begin at the time of pick up from Airport, ground shipper(delivery), and not by the date of signed contract. All cost must be paid in full and a signed copy of contract must be sent to breeder before puppy will be shipped Breeder is not responsible for any delays in shipment, or any accidents. If anything of the sort should arise, no monies will be refunded.

        7) All SSBHD puppies will be raised underfoot and well socialized, after leaving SSBHD premises, puppy is the sole responsiblity of the buyer and SSBHD is not responsible for future behavioral and temperment of said puppy.The temperment is reflected on how the said puppy is provided for and taken care of.
    
    8) If buyer choices to have said pups ears cropped, breeder does not guarentee that the ears will stand. It is the responsibilty of the buyer to keep ears clean, taped, and vet checked for results of ears standing.
   
    9) After one month, breeder (SSBHD) is no longer responsible for the health gaurentee of the puppy, this is the only part of the contract that will be voided, all other is still active. if this contract is in breech, breeder will have the option to refere this matter to court in the state of Ohio, county of Highland. Buyer will be responsible for all expences incurred, attorney fees, court fees, shipping, et cetra.
 
                    Both parties agree to the terms of this contract by their signatures below.
